Here are 12 Grade "A" office spaces changing the Lagos skyline

Grade ‘A’ offices are the pinnacle of what obtains in the office development realm. They are palaces for the kings and queens of the corporate world. They are what the old, iconic buildings of Marina and Lagos Island – which were once powerhouses at the epicenter of Lagos’ economy – aspire to be. They are the future of modern, progressive, technologically driven business, in an increasingly globalised world economy.

Grade ‘A’ offices are developments, which exude sophistication, innovation, elegance and comfort from the inside out. They are typically high-rise buildings with an unforgettable glass or curtain wall façade, which at a glance establish prestige, power and utmost style in one’s mind. From interior to exterior, they employ the most cutting-edge technologies available to ensure utmost comfort and optimal functionality to their high profile occupiers and their guests; to manage the building’s operations as efficiently and smoothly as possible and to create a sustainable, eco-friendly space that co-exists harmoniously with their typically highly sought after, prime locations.

Features of a typical Grade ‘A’ space include: The age of the building, prime location, floor to ceiling glass walls, 24-hour security, uninterrupted power supply, ample car parking, public lobby, lifts, pristine landscaping, high quality finishing and fit-outs, flexible floor spaces for comfortable partitioning, recreational and retail spaces, intelligent building management system and ease of access to good transport links, all of which combine to create a space which on its merits alone command the highest quality tenants and the typically the highest rents.
