An amendment to section 203(b) of the Immigration and Nationality act (INA), 8 U.S.C 1153(b)(5), reduced the minimum amount for foreigners to invest from the initial $1 million to $500,000, which makes it a lot easier to secure that green card.

Worried about double taxation?
