Briefly, introduce the Green views residential project
Green views is a luxury community of apartments very well located, where you can be sure of getting a high quality of life.
What makes Green views apartments stand out in from other apartments in the area?
At Green views residential, we pride ourselves in the design and quality of our apartment that comes at a very reasonable and affordable price.
In terms of design, the projects has been designed by experienced architect, Elsa Bertran, and interior designer, Sergi Quilez, both from Barcelona (Spain) to ensure that our trademark in designed is maintained.
Quality materials have also been imported with exquisite execution and installation.
What 3 aspects of Green views do you think tenants will appreciate and enjoy the most?
It might be tricky to answer this question, because I consider this to be particular to individual buyers. I will clearly list out an array of facilities and structures that has been put in place to make the stay of our investors and residence quite comfortable with an assurance of enjoying qualitative living.
These facilities are;

Common areas: Big pool, garden, outdoor space, roof terrace,…

What inspired the design of the Green Views building?
The driving ideas of the design is to provide high quality of living. We can describe the style of Green Views design as modern, elegant, sober among others. Green Views have been designed by Elsa Bertran, a Spanish architect with a long experience in projects in several countries in Europe like Spain, France, Germany, Norway etc.
Attention had been given to aspects like: rational distribution of the space, high ceilings provide spacious rooms, high windows provide a lot of light, privacy of the balconies, big pool and garden provide wellness, gym and walkway allow to do exercise in the same compound.
Who are the main contractors involved in the development of the building and why were they chosen?
We build the project ourselves. And our Spanish project managers and construction managers from Spain have directed the whole construction of the project.
Can buyers of this property expect to receive a high return on investment after several years?
Airport has proven to be one of the areas in Accra were rental prices have been more stable. In addition to the revaluation of the property price, we estimate an annual Return on Investment around 9%.
Why was Airport Residential Area an ideal location for this development?
We chose Airport Residential Area because is one of the the preferred location for expatriates. In addition to its proximity to the Airport, it has all the required services: international schools, supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, medical centers.
Also many embassies and international companies and NGOS are located in Airport, so the area is very convenient for expatriates working in them.
How easy will it be for buyers to obtain a loan or mortgage in order to purchase a unit at Green views?
We have an agreement with STANBIC BANK to give mortgages in USD or EUROS both to Ghanaians buyers and foreign buyers.
What was the thought process in selecting the interiors for the apartments, where are these materials being sourced from?
Our major drive and incentive for selecting interiors and finishing materials was quality. With the exception of the doors which we decided to manufacture locally (as Ghana is known for its quality wood production), the rest of the materials were imported from Europe.

The doors were manufactured in Ghana, including processing and design. We diligently monitored and supervised the manufacturing and installation.
Who are the promoters of Green View Project?
The project has been originated by KMS Ltd, a Spanish project management company with a long experience in Real Estate Development. The project is also being funded by Spanish private Real Estate private investors.
What are your final words to Investors?
